Scott Prunier » Founder | Strength & Conditioning Coach

Graduated from Plymouth State University with a BS in Physical Education.  He has been the owner and lead Performance Coach of TOP Fitness Strength and Conditioning, located in Nashua, NH, since 2003.  

Scott is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), and holds numerous other certifications from organizations including  NASM, FMS, EXOS, & TPI.  

Scott has been training athletes and teams across all sports for over 20 years and has a passion for helping them improve performance, stay healthy and reach their maximum potential. In his 20 years of  experience, Scott has had the opportunity to train numerous High School and College athletes who have won state, conference, and national titles.  

Seeing a rise in sports injuries has led Scott to make a priority in educating each client, coach, and parent about the benefits of performance training.  The number one goal is to reduce injury potential, so  by taking an individualized, and proactive approach to training he can help reduce injuries.  

Scott is also sought after to help athletes who are coming off an injury as a part of their team in the reconditioning phases of their rehab and  then return to play.  

It is Scott’s daily goal to provide every client with the best training experience, environment, and education in the area.   


Anthony Terenzi » Strength & Conditioning Coach

Anthony is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC) and a has a certification in nutrition through Precision Nutrition Level 1 (Pn1).  He attended the University of New Hampshire where he graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. During his time at UNH he shadowed several coaches at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (MBSC).  Anthony also spent a lot of his time training the athletes of Londonderry High School and coaching the running backs and outside linebackers for their football team.  Anthony first joined TOP Fitness as an intern while at UNH and became a full time coach after graduation.  Anthony has a passion for athletics and training as a four sport athlete(football, basketball, baseball, and track) while in high school and that passion has carried over into his love of coaching athletes both the young and the young-at-heart.

When Anthony is not at TOP he loves being active and competing in Spartan Races and is currently training for his first Double Trifecta.  He also enjoys going for hikes with his dog, playing games with friends, and reading. Anthony is also studying American Kenpo and is training for his 1st degree black belt test taking place in Dublin Ireland in 2020.


Jeff Lunn » Strength & Conditioning Coach

“I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I graduated from Keene State College in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. I was a former two sport athlete at Keene State where I played basketball and baseball. I earned All Academic team and Dean’s List each semester. In my senior year, I earned the Scholar Athlete of the Year award. In addition to my athletic and academic pursuits at school, I had personal training clients through the gym and assisted the strength and conditioning coach in planning and organizing team organized workouts. TOP Fitness will be my first full time strength and conditioning position where I look forward to assisting athletes in their pursuits of higher achievement and assisting people reach their fitness goals. Outside of TOP Fitness, I coach Nashua junior legion baseball in the summers and basketball in fall/winter. I also continue to play basketball and strength train in my free time. In addition to that, I enjoy being up at the lake in my free time or spending time with friends and family.”
