Team Training Sessions include:
- Warm Up – Mobility and Dynamic exercises to prepare your body for workouts, practices, and games
- Speed – Drills that improve Running mechanics and footwork for agility
- Power – Medicine Ball & Plyometrics (aka Jump training) to improve jumping, speed, and rotary power.
- Strength – A total body approach to improve overall strength of your Upper, Lower Body, and Core.
